The Luncheon will be held at the Ritz Carlton, Marina Del Rey and begin at noon.
The luncheon speaker will be B Gen James E. Haywood, AFSPC A5, Requirements and Plans. The luncheon is open for all to attend.

To pay by check, please print out this order form and mail it to the address on the form along with your check or you may also pay at the door by CHECK.
When ordering fill in the number of attendees you are paying for and their names. Orders without names won't be honored.
