Meetings

Board of Directors Meetings
The Board meets monthly, or as deemed necessary by the President, or a simple majority of the Board to conduct the business and affairs of the Chapter. These meetings are typically scheduled on the first Thursday of each month and are generally hosted by corporate members of the Board on a rotating voluntary basis to permit member companies an opportunity to provide visibility to their programs and facilities.

Annual BOD Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors is held each July. This meeting is typically scheduled for the second Thursday in July and provides a venue for review of the Chapter's operations for the preceding twelve months, as well as, for the election of the newest class of Directors. Further, it serves on a biannual basis as the installation meeting for the new officers of the Chapter.

Committee Meetings
Standing and Ad Hoc Committees will meet as deemed necessary by the Committee Chairs to prosecute Board sanctioned and governed initiatives. Status and accomplishment reporting will take place on an as 'required basis' at the monthly Board meeting and will be recorded in the Board's meeting minutes.

Chapter Meetings
Meetings for Chapter members may be held on dates set by the President. Special meetings may be called at any time by the President with thirty days notice to the Board or membership, or by a majority of the Board of Directors, or by not less than five percent of the members.
